  Another local place to shop and find deals and support your local mall community in Richmond. Hope it gets a good revive soon of a new make over and have new places and stores and bring back the people to shop there again. Don't let it be dead like Eastmont mall in Oakland and even hope that mall to can get a revival to since Oakland is sort of trying to do good or it least have another mall again soon.

  HILLTOP MALL WHAT CAN I SAY??? MOSTLY USED FOR LAST MINUTE SHOPPING!!! CHINESE FOOD IS GOOD THAT COOKS IN FRONT OF YOU!!! MOST STORES ARE OUT DATED THO. LOVE WALMART AND THE SHOE STORES!!!
